​Salon and Spa Policies:

Cancellation Policies: The staff at Body Bliss Salon and Spa would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of service cost. No-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the appointment cost.

Late arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next client. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.

Spa Arrivals: In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow time to relax and decompress, also to change into a robe and slippers when necessary.

Children Policy: The staff at Body Bliss Salon and Spa love children….some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon and spa experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.) Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their Body Bliss experience!

Inclement Weather Policies: The staff at Body Bliss Salon & Spa will do our best to give all clients at least a two hour notice if their appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We do not adhere to the WCPSS closures, however if you know that you cannot make it to your appointment please call or email us as soon as possible. Our normal 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply where there is inclement weather. We will respect anyones request to reschedule their appointment even if we have decided to open for that day. Please understand that some of our stylists and therapists do not live in Wake Forest and if they feel it is unsafe for them to come to work we will need to reschedule your appointment even if you feel that you could make it. Please check our website or Facebook page for closing or delayed opening updates.

Payment: At Body Bliss Salon and Spa we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For checks there is a $35.00 return check fee.  Payment is expected at time of service. Gratuity is always appreciated.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.

 

Honoring Gift Certificates from Local Salons that Have Closed: For Body Bliss to honor gift certificates and gift cards in the amount of up to $50 from local salons that have closed, the client must receive at least double the amount in Body Bliss salon or spa services. For example, to get $50 credit toward a gift certificate/card, a client will schedule and receive $100 in services. To honor a $30 gift certificate/card, $60 in services would be scheduled and received. Please call us, mention that you have a gift certificate/card and we can confirm the amount we will honor when booking your appointment.
